Whatsup guys welcome to our new post tittled Greatest perverts in anime history. So basically this list will contain pervert character as you all know pervert characters are common in anime and most people loves it. That's why I decided to pick some best pervert characters for you. So basically I tried to rank them but it is not perfect because it can't be. Nobody can watch them all and rank them all so if you want changes then write in comments.

                                      I ranked ten characters on this list on basis of their perviness + popularity. So if someone is more pervy then other but is still below him then it maybe due his less popularity and vice versa.

10. Satou Tatsuhiro : welcome to the NHK 

Satou is a hikikomori, in simple terms, one who don't like to meet with people or going outside. On top of that he is collage drop out, and unemployed too and when he met with Yamazaki, who is also a pervert, he started watching adult videos and photos whole day and night. He even surpassed Yamazaki. As he is a hikikomori, he haven't done much flirting with girls but this doesn't change the fact that he is a pervert.

Mediodas is the main protagonist of the series. He is also known as "The Dragon's Sin of Wrath". He got a short height but he is still very strong specially when he is angry. He is very protective for Elizabeth but, this doesn't stop him from flirting with her or peeping into her skirt.

7. Kintarou oe : Golden boy 

Kintarou is an expert in part time works. In every episode he finds a new job and works there but he is also a perv in name of education he peeps at women. He carries a book with him and whenever he saw a woman he starts sketching her in his book. At the end of the series every woman fell in love with him but he just keeps shifting his job and ride his cycle all the way up.

 

6. Issai Hyoudou : High school dxd 

The most popular ecchi anime's main protagonist Issai, is a high school student who died once already and now reincarnated as a devil but this doesn't decrease his sense of lust and his cause of death is also due to his pervy nature. Currently this anime has almost 4 seasons and soon will get a new season and this is enough to show it's popularity and this much popularity can't be gained without a solid protagonist. Issai once said,"blondy busty makes me lusty." Aah! What a motivational quote.

5. Shinchan nohara : crayon shinchan 

If you are from asia then I am damn sure that you know this guy. He is shinchan, the youngest pervert in the anime history. By the way if you don't know then he is just 5 years old and still he beat many other characters in those things. He always read adult magazines and always talking about adult things. He even flirt with girls who are way more older than him. If at this age he is like this then just think what will happen if he will become an adult.

4. Onizuka : Great Teacher Onizuka

He is an ex-gangster and now he is a teacher yes, you heard right, he was a gangster who is now joining a school as a teacher only for girls. Although he is not a bad teacher but he is a big pervert. You can call him one of the greatest perverts of 90s. 

3. Sanji : One Piece 

The member of straw hat pirates Sanji is one of the main character of the the series one piece. He got an enamored personality, constantly flirting with any attractive female he sees. He also shows jealousy towards those that he perceives to be luckier than him with women. I haven't seen much episodes of one piece but I get how sanji is.

2. Jiraiya : Naruto 

Jiraiya is master of naruto and a one of the legendary sanin which means he is one of the greatest shinobi of Naruto universe. So what you think how Naruto addresses him? Master? Sensie? Nope Naruto calls him pervy sage. I think it is enough to explain his nature. Yes he is a big pervert. He even writes adult novels. He also peep on girls for his so called research. He even got beaten very badly from tsunade for peeping on her but he doesn't changed his habit. He peeps on girls which he calls research, then write those things on his novel and then publish it in marked that makes other shinobies pervy too like Kakashi.

1.  Master Roshi : Dragon Ball 

It's time to meet with greatest pervert of 90s or should I say of all time, Master Roshi. He is the master of Goku and krillin. I think he is the inspiration for creation of pervert teachers in anime. He taught martial arts to Goku in return of a beautiful woman, he gave his dragon ball to bulma in return of her, her, aaa..... I have no words for that watch it yourself.
