Welcome to today's list of Best and worst animes of 20 popular anime studios. There are tons of anime studios in Japan and all of these studio work hard to create beautiful animations that we all love but every studio make different animes with different styles and animation. Some are loved by viewers but some gets hate and that's what this list is about. So without wasting any time let's start our list.

Studio Bones. 

Popular works:- My hero Academia, Cowboy bepop, soul eater, mob phycho 100 etc...

 best: Full metal Alchemist brotherhood 

No doubt about, FMAB is best work of bones. It's animation is perfect, story, adaptation and every other aspect is just complete.

 worst: soul eater not!

It is not really that bad it's decent but in studio bones competition is very high and that's why despite being decent it will be considered worst product of studio bones.

Studio Ghibli. 

Popular works:- Grave of the fireflies, kiki's delivery service, princess mononoke etc...

 Best: spirited away 

Studio Ghibli is really a studio that everyone loves. It generally produces slice of life type anime and there every product is worth watching but spirited away unarguably their best product due to the achievements it achieved and I am talking about the Oscars.

 

Worst: Earwig and the Witch 

It was the first CG film of the studio and it was disastrous. It's direction was really bad. It doesn't contain any studio Ghibli vibe. The CG anime was also not good as traditional hand drawn. I hope this would be there first and final CG film.

Shin-Ei animation 

Popular works:- Shinchan, ninja hattori, Teasing master tagaki-san etc...

Best: Doraemon  

Doraemon is every Asian's childhood. Every one loves this anime and no other anime can replace its place on our heart and no one can Deny that this is studio's best masterpiece.

worst: idolls 

It is the lowest rated anime of Shin-Ei studio according to My anime list. It is a overall decent anime but not gonna recommend it to you.

A-1 Pictures.

Popular works:- Erased, swords art online, fairy tale, seven deadly sins etc...

 Best: Your lie in april 

A-1 Pictures is another giant in anime industry and from my opinion Your lie in april is there best work. It is an full of emotions and I never saw anyone who hate this anime.

 Worst: gunslinger stratos : The Animation

This anime was premiered in 2015 with a decent animation but it's problem was it's pacing. It's story was very rushed and due to that most people didn't liked it and got a rating of just 5.5 in IMDB making it the Worst anime of the studio.

Wit Studio.

Popular works:- Vinland Saga, Inuyashiki, rankings of kings etc...

 Best: Attack on Titan. 

No doubt about it that AOT is best product of wit studio. Although now aot is gone to hands of Mappa but you can't forget that it was wit studio which made it fan favourite and even now many people still like wit studio's work on Aot.

 Worst: garugaku 

It is a 50 episode long anime with nothing special in it. It is lowest rated anime of the studio.

Madhouse. 

Popular works:- One Punch Man S1, hxh, Monster, Parasyte etc...

 Best: death note 

It is my personal favourite studio and none of its anime ever disappointed me and for its best work then it is none other than the legendary anime Death note. It's a anime that almost every anime fan watched and loved.

 worst: MapleStory 

It is an anime based on an online game from south korea of same name but it's anime was not liked be Its fans making it a flop.

Cloverworks. 

Popular works:- my dressup darling, Horimiya, bunny girl senpai, darling in the frankxx etc...

 Best: promised Neverland s1 

Cloverworks produced the one of the greatest season 1 of a anime i.e Promised Neverland s1 of course. It was just amazing from music to direction every thing about it was just great but we all know what happened next.

 Worst: promised Neverland s2 

If season 1 was masterpiece then season 2 was completed disaster. The Manga adaptation was very bad leave important chapters from the manga and pacing was also very rushed. All these mistakes turned this great potential anime into a great disappointment.

JC staff. 

Popular works:- One Punch Man S2, Prison school, Saiki k, food wars etc...

 Best: Bakuman

Bakuman is a anime about manga artist and it is written by same person who wrote death note and just that it is also amazing.

 worst: Requiem of king rose.

It is an another example of a bad adaptation from manga. Animations are terrible and many important parts are removed from the anime.

Kyoto Animation. 

Popular works:- violet evergarden, k-on, clanned etc....

 Best: A Silent voice. 

It is a slice of life movie that has really beautiful animation. It looks very beautiful on big screens and a must watch movie.

 Worst: Eguchi Hisashi no Kotobuki Gorou Show.

It is an old anime of 90s but animation looks like of 80s but even if we leave the animation stuff, it's other aspects are also not good. It has a very poor ratings of just 4.8 in my anime list.

TMS Entertainment.

Popular works:- Lupin III, fruit basket, detective Conan etc...

 Best: Dr. Stone 

Detective Conan is most successful series of TMS but Dr. Stone is my personal favourite so for me it is best anime by the studio. 

 Worst: senjuushi 

This anime is also based in video game and it is a decent anime but I got a very bad rating of just, just 2.5/10 in IMDB although I don't know what makes its ratings that bad.

Ufotable. 

Popular works:- fate/stay night, god eater etc...

 Best: Demon Slayer 

Demon Slayer is an anime that has gain a lot of popularity in just few years and it's animation played an important role in it. Currently the studio build an amazing brand value and it's future is looking very bright and we all can agree that Demon Slayer is there best product till date.

 Worst: Knight Hunters Eternity 

It was difficult to pick worst work of the studio and I have chosen this anime. It got a mixed reaction from viewers it has a IMDB rating of just 6.6 and that is the whole reason I pass my judgement so there is chance that I could be wrong.

Shaft. 

Popular works:- Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Monogatari, bakemonogatari etc...

 Best: March comes in like a lion 

Shaft's image in anime community is not very great but they made some really great animes and from my opinion Match come like lion is their best word because of good animation and the anime itself. It is an amazing anime that can make you really emotion so if you haven't seen it then take it as a recommendation.

 worst: G-on rider

It is a 13 episodes anime with a childish premise and unnecessary fan servicing. It got a low rating of 5.8 but I think that is too high for it.

Toei Animation. 

Popular works:- Dragon Ball, slam dunk, Digimon, sailor moon, yu gi oh etc...

 Best: one piece 

One piece is one of the most popular anime series ever created. If you wanna give a face to anime then that would probably be of luffy so no doubt about it One Piece is the best anime created by Toei Animation.

 Worst: Marvel Avengers : disk wars 

It is a anime based on Avengers but it was just not good as it sounds. There are only five Avengers in the series but none of them are protagonist because series main focus is in some brats which makes it even worse.

Sunrise. 

Popular works:- Cowboy bepop, mobile suit Gundam, Gintama etc...

 Best: code gease 

Code geass is an amazing anime that we all love and what makes it even more deserving is that it is an original anime which means it is not based on any manga.

 Worst: sd gundam force 

In terms of mecha anime Gundam franchise is biggest of all but this Gundam spin off was just not good at all. Fans didn't enjoy it much and it has a rating of just 4.1 in IMDB.

White fox. 

 

Popular works:- re:zero, Akame ga kill, Goblin Slayer etc...

 Best: stines gate 

Stines gate is a well known Sci-fi, slice of life anime. Fans really loved it's combination of slice of life, sci-fi, romance and psychology which is very well balanced.

Worst: Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou. 

It is an isekai anime and fans don't really like it. Some even says that it is the worst isekai anime. There was nothing special in this anime that makes it worth watching.

Studio deen. 

Popular works:- Ruroni kenshin, sakamot desu ga etc...

 Best: konosuba 

my pick for best anime of the studio deen is konosuba which is an isekai anime but comedy aspect of this anime makes it different from the crowd.

 Worst: 7 deadly sins S3 

When I first time saw clips of seven deadly sins S3 then I thought it is a fan made or a parody but no that was it's season 3 and I was shocked and without any research I put it on worst section of this list.

Mappa. 

Popular works:- AOT season 4, dororo, god of high school, Yuri: on ice, hagime no ippo etc...

 Best: jujutsu kisen. 

Now a days whatever mappa makes become viral. Jujutsu kisen is till now the best anime by the studio and it also performed very well commercially. 

 Worst: Listeners 

It is a mecha and musical anime by mappa but viewers didn't find it interesting at all.  It has a rating of just 5.3 in my anime list.

Production I.G. 

Popular works:- B the beginning, Nobeless, ghost in a shell etc...

 Best: haikyuu 

Haikyuu is considered the best sports anime and the most important aspect of a sports anime is it's animation and production I.G has done is perfectly.

 Worst: Bem 

It is an action anime but it's Animation was just terrible. You won't believe that this was created by the same studio which created haikyuu.

Studio Perriot. 

Popular works:- bleach, Tokyo goule, yu yu hakusho, great teacher onizuka, black clover etc...

 Best: Naruto

Naruto is one of the most popular anime of the all time. It is one of the anime that made anime popular in west. It's anime quality changes from time to time but it there is no debate that Naruto is studio's best work.

 Worst: dynamic cord 

Studio Perriot has created many good and bad animes and there worst anime ever created is probably Dynamic cords. It is a musical anime with just a rating of 4.1 in my anime list.

David Production 

Popular works:- Cell at work, Fire force, Captain tsubasa 2018 etc... 

Best: JoJo's bizzare adventure 

Jojo franchise is considered one of the most popular and unique shonen. It is very much praised by audience due to its unique art styles, fight scenes and dailogues. Indeed this anime is bizzare. 

Worst: 2.43: Seiin highschool boys volleyball team 

It is a 12 episode anime based on vollyball with IMDb ratings of 5.8 only. The overall anime is very bad, it's animation is not as we aspect from the studio. The characters are dead and pacing is very rushed.
