10 Worst female protagonists in anime.

Today we'll be looking at the 10 Worst main female protagonists in anime. Creating a character is an easy task but creating a likable character is not easy. We have seen many amazing animes with amazing characters but have you ever noticed the condition of female characters? There many animes like Naruto, dragon Ball z, hxh, fairy tale etc... That lacks proper female characters. Most female characters are created just because there should be a female character or to show a romance angle while many others are created for fan servicing. It is a stereotype in anime where female characters are shown weak, demsel in destress, sweet, cute, caring etc... But not I think it's time to break the chain but before that lets take a look on girls that I've been talking about.

Before that I wanna tell you guys that this isn't a ranking which means position of a character is random in this list and another thing it that I have only taken female protagonists or main female character in this list to just to make it more specific and if you think that any of the character don't deserve to be in list then write in comments and I will think about it. So without wasting time.... 

           Let's begin.....

10. Nami (One piece) 

Nami is the main female protagonist of the series, one piece and 3rd member of straw hat pirates. Her biggest problem is her attitude. She is very greedy, short tempered, bossy, beating her own friends and so on. Another thing is that she is weak and relay on others to save her. In short she is a typical shonen heroine. Her character development is also not worth mentioning and only things that has developed form first to latest episode is her chest size. Although she is not total useless but there is lot to improve on her.  

9. Mureno Satomi (Parasyte) 

Mureno is the female lead of parasyte anime but her impact on story is very little. She is the love interest of the protagonist and that it, that's all her role in the whole series. Her character development is close to none and all she did in the series is crying. Her personality is also very simple kind, caring etc. She is a demsel in destress which means she always get in trouble and it's main character's job to save her. 

8. Ochako Uraraka (My hero Academia) 

Ochako is another typical shonen female character from series My hero Academia. Her personality is easy to gusse due to her looks and that explains everything why she in on this list. She is not very useful in battle and need help to fight villians, her character development is weak and only reason she is created is to become love interest of the protagonist.

7. Winry Rockbell (FMAB) 

Winry comes from the series which is widely known for its characters and not just male, female characters of FMAB are also superb and I will agree that all characters are good but there's just one exception, Winry. Her character development was decent but she is little annoying. Her personality is very typical shonen type like short tempered, beating the main protagonist, kind, intelligent etc... And she is also weak not just physically but also mentally. She ruined many fight scenes due to her crying and speeches. Don't know about you but I don't like her much. I am glad that the anime doesn't gave much screen time to her during the final arc of the story.

6. Elezabeth liones (Seven Deadly Sins) 

Elezabeth is the deuteragonist of the series. She is the princess of the kingdom of liones. She is hated due to many reasons and all she has done in the series is to cry, scream, fan servicing and ruining our viewing experience. She is very helpless and always cry like a baby and most watchers find her very annoying. She is always worried about her surrounding and she is a perfect example of a demsel in destress. And the way she is treated by meliodas is just so pathetic. Meliodas always lay his hands on her touching her body, seeking inside her skirt but she does nothing at all she just acts uncomfortable but then nothing this is very unreal and makes her character even worse.

5. Misaki Nakahara (Welcome to the NHK) 

Misaki is one of the main character of the series. In series she wanted to help the main character but for selfish reasons. She wanted to help him because to feel superiority. She was moody and boosy. All she did in the series is to increase problems of satou the main protagonist. She even attempted suicide when satou rejected her and in attempt to save her he said yes which is makes her character even worse. She hasn't made much impact in story and her character development is also poor throughout the series.

4. Lucy heartfillia (Fairy tale) 

Lucy is the main female protagonist of the series Fairy tale and just by looking at her you can tell whe is she on this list. She is useless and can't even beat weakest opponents. She cares a lot about her friends but can't help them because how weak she is. The worst part about her is excessive fan servicing. She uses her body to achieve her goal. Reason for her creation is fan servicing only. All these common problems make her character irritating.

3. Orihami Inoue (Bleach)

Orihami is the main female character of the series and the love interest of protagonist. She is very nieve, stupid, kind and caring type girl who always think positive and so on. She is very annoying as she keeps repeating 'korosaki-kun' throughout the series. She is pretty weak and useless and don't have much to offer. She is created only for fan servicing stuffs and don't have any thing like character development.

2. Sakura Haruno (Naruto) 

Sakura is one of the most hated character in entire anime community. She is the main female protagonist of Naruto universe. Although among all in this list she is the most well created as she is strong and character development is also good but she is still hated because in starting of the series she was presented as a mean and selfish girl and she was also very weak in starting of the series. She doesn't contribute much in the story and her obsession with sasuke makes her character even worse. She is a demsel in destress type of character, she is saved by Naruto many times but she still beats her in minor things.

1. Asuna Yuuki (Sword Art Online)

Asuna is the main female protagonist of sword art online anime. She is the lover of Kirito the main protagonist. She was introduced as a badass character in anime but soon enough she lost her charm and transform into a demsel in destress. Her personality and character development is also very lacky. She is a tsundere type of girl which is generally very lovable in anime community but unfortunately she is not very likable. You can call her one of the worst tsundere in anime history.
